Pretty simple recipe, actually. Gourmet, by way of Epicurious:

I let the eggs go overnight... long enough to really stain and pick up a little more beet flavor, but not so long that the eggs got tough. Other than that, followed to a T. Hard-boiled egg, beet and caraway. Hard to go wrong there.
