Deviled Eggs Dominic Armato

I love the week after Easter.



Pretty simple recipe, actually. Gourmet, by way of Epicurious:


I let the eggs go overnight... long enough to really stain and pick up a little more beet flavor, but not so long that the eggs got tough. Other than that, followed to a T. Hard-boiled egg, beet and caraway. Hard to go wrong there.

Fantastic! I'm a huge fan of deviled eggs, but never thought of using pickled eggs... thanks for the link!

I've colored the whites, but never thought of pickling them either. Thanks.
